In spring of 2003, Zark and partners Hanif Harji and Master Sushi Chef G.Q. Pan opened the doors to Blowfish Restaurant + Sake bar.  The culinary concept is a brilliant combination of innovative gourmet sushi complimented by a hot menu composed of French and Pan Asian infused cuisine. 

The ambience of Blowfish can be best described as part lounge/part restaurant, exciting yet intimate.  Frommers magazine named Blowfish "Best of Toronto for a celebration".
