Butter Chicken Recipe

2 cups of pre-cooked chicken or 2 cups of extra firm tofu
1tsp of butter
2 Tbsp of low fat sour cream
1 jar of Maya Organic Butter Chicken Sauce
Chopped coriander leaves

Method

Melt butter and sour cream on medium heat
Add 1 jar of Maya Organic Butter Chicken sauce
Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes
Add chicken and mix well
Serve with rice and garnish with coriander leaves
